Important Information
Please read carefully before requesting an appointment
Cosmetic Tattooing, also known as permenant make-up, is a form of tattooing which uses pigments to enhance or
change the appearance of the skin. It is used to enhance facial features such as eyebrows, lips and eyelids.
The pigments used in cosmetic tattooing are intended to be semi-permanent however, while your body will
metabolise the pigment over a period of approximately 12-36 months, traces of pigment can remain in the skin permanently
and therefore it is considered to be a permanent make-up procedure.
Generally you will require 2 appointments to complete your cosmetic tattoo procedure. An initial appointment
where we will complete the procedure and then a follow up appointment to review how you have healed and
make any adjustments necessary. These appointments are sceduled approximately 6 weeks apart. Following this a
booster appointment is recommended at around 12- 18 months to keep your cosmetic tattoo looking sharp and fresh.
A non refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
This will be deducted from your balance on the day of the appointment.
Your appointment can be rescheduled once with a minimum 72 hours notice.
Failing to provide the minimum notice your booking fee will be forfeited.
Payment of the remaining balance is required in full on the day of treatment , no credit or payment extensions
will be granted. Cash and eftpos payment facilities available.

the product may not meet Australian standards and this can very results significantly and cause adverse reactions
as well as risk chemical burns.)
You will need to apply your numbing cream as per the instructions provided prior to arriving to your appointment
to allow time for the product to work.
If you would like access to a stronger numbing cream than over the counter we can assist you to arrange this order through
a compounding pharmacy who will make up the order for you. Please note this process takes approximately 5 days to receive
the product via Australia Post at a cost of $69
Do not tweeze, wax or tint the area for 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are someone that suffers from herpes simplex virus, coldsores or fever blisters around the treatment area you will be required to obtain prescription medication from your doctor to assist in preventing an outbreak during the healing process.
Do not consume alcohol or take aspirin ibuprofen or any other blood thinners for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please note it is important to consult your doctor prior to stopping any medication.

Avoid facials and antiwrinkle injectables for 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after your appointment.
Discontinue using Vitamin A, Retinol and AHA skincare products for 1 month prior and 2 weeks after your appointment.
Discontinue supplementing fish oil and Vitamin E 1 week prior to your appointment as they are natural blood thinners.
Please advise if you suffer from any allergies that may be of concern. A full list of ingredients is available on our website.
If requested a skin patch test can be offered however keep in mind allergic reaction to pigment can occur immediately or
years later whether a skin patch test is performed or not. Allergic reaction is extremely rare.
Lip Blush pre care
In the week lead up to your lip blush appointment it is very important to stay hydrated as the lip tissue can get dry quite easily. Keep the area moisturised and use a lip scrub if you find your lips are dry. Pigment wont penetrate evenly if there is dry skin present on the lip area.
